At UNFORM, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully checked before dispatch. We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every order. Please review our refund policy below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos

All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags intact.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Items exchanged once

  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling

  • Requests raised after the specified timeline

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at sanchita@redmaideas.com within 48 hours of receiving your order

  2. Share your order number along with images/videos of the issue

  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process

  4. After inspection, the refund will be initiated

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us
